Bargain Tips for 2018; Check those Florals and Hot Pinks for Spring

live near a Dillard's outlet store, call Tuesday for the items further reduced.  Last week, men's clothing was an additional 90% off the sales price, with coats going for $5!  Check and sign up

with Goodwill.com, also, for the bargains in your region.

Novelty Tees and spring sweaters are in, as are bright orange and hot pink.  See what you already have to pair with new accessories.  Rose gold is still hot; there are lots of great costume options, and some appear at dollar stores.  Others are already on sale at Charming Charlie's.  Tip:  Hit the back of the store for the color-coordinated sales items.  You can save half or more for the same color or type of jewelry.  This is also a great place for Mary Frances type novelty purses shaped like cats, pianos, etc.



Navy is in, especially when paired with an apple green print. Flats and kitten heels in these colors are the shoes to pair with these outfits.  Floral prints are hot in everything, even gardening tools, hammers, and pots and pans.  Check you your local Hobby Lobby, True Value Hardware Store, Marshalls and TJ MAXX.

Yard sales are beginning in many areas.  Budget wisely; look for expensive brands, gently worn shoes, jewelry, especially from Chico's or Lia Sofia, scarves, and other accessories.  I mainly check out books, collectibles, and shabby chic items I can turn into container gardens.
