Last Minute Bargains

Here are some icons of some of my favorite online shopping sites.  Some are a bit pricey, but they have sales and good deals.  These are for art, clothes and household goods, and all are fun to surf!

I have found good deals at Toys R. Us.com.  I found my Samurai Ken and Barbie there for my doll collection-private museum when they were sold out at the stores.  I had great luck.

Mattel.com hasn't let me down; I bought my first Barbie Fashionista there and my Man Bun Ken; he was no where to be found at the stores.

We found Younkers.com to have more bargains on line; this is saying a lot.  The chain, once part of Saks Fifth Avenue, now affiliated with Carson Pirie Scott, Bergner's, and Elder Bierman, has terrific in-store coupons and bargains, including the yellow and black dot specials which are 50% and 70% off the lowest price.  Online, we've found even more of a discount.  I've seen them have awesome January sales, where Christmas ornaments once twenty dollars or more each at $.99!

Talbot's has its famous red hanger sale online.  My husband bought me a $200 wool dress online for $39.00.

Sierra Trading Company is affiliated with Marshall's, and has wonderful sales on designer clothing and shoes.  I've bought designer corduroy jackets in yellow and bittersweet, hot pink Acorn socks, great scarves, a Calvin Klein black and navy striped dress and much more for under $30 and under 10.00 for the socks.
