Quilt skirt

Great Book from a Library Sale!  Quilted Skirts were hot as hostess outfits in the 70s.  My mom made me one from
all the scraps of school dresses she made me.  I love it; I have a couple of others, too.  One is all Xmas, the other is
Crazy Quilt.  You could use a real quilt or quilt cover, or quilt printed material, or piece your own as in this book.
