Kohl's is sending coupons for $25 Kohl's Cash and their usual $10 offers. Hallmark is sending out coupons to those who own the Hallmark card or who belong to the ornament club.
There are great sales everywhere; Ross Dress for Less had markdowns for tops at $1.99, and Family Dollar had good tops and slacks at 75% off and shoes for $2.50-$4. It pays to look around.
Slowly but surely flea markets, estate sales and even yard sales are taking off, bitter cold and snow notwithstanding. It helps to have a list of what you need, but lots of folks are clearing out antique furniture for pennies on the dollar.
